FRIDAY AT 7 P.M.

-

Toronto (3-9) at Calgary (10-2)

This isn’t shaping up as a fair fight. The Stamps are rested after a bye week and 6-0 at home, while the Argos are 0-5 on the road. Mired as they are in the East basement, Toronto already has next to nothing to play for and many critics would say only slightly more than that to play with, in terms of firepower. That said, they lost to the Riders by just a point last week and QB McLeod Bethel-Thompson was left to lament a missed throw to S.J. Green that could have been the difference. The oddsmakers like the Stamps by 13 and that’s quite possibly on the conservative side of things.
