Leonard Cohen album in works

A posthumous Leonard Cohen album is in development. The singer died in 2016 at age 82, just weeks after he released his last album, You Want it Darker, produced by his son Adam Cohen. Speaking in an upcoming interview with CBC’s arts radio show Q, Adam revealed that his father left behind a collection of unfinished songs and he was working to complete them and put them on an album by next year. In the interview, which airs in full on Monday, Adam promised the songs will “surprise and delight” Leonard’s fans, and will be more romantic than You Want it Darker.
