Canada Post hasn’t a clue

Canada Post offered free shipping on Tuesdays in October. Unfortunately its website was down all day Tuesday Oct. 2, so nobody was able to take advantage of this promotion. One would expect it to offer the same deal Wednesday but it decided not to do that.

I will now go out of my way to use other companies. I waited to ship my package until Tuesday instead of sending it earlier; that now is a double whammy!

With the looming possibility of a strike, Canada Post seems once again to have little to no clue.
