Vote no for sake of younger generation

Re: Moran urges executives to vote Yes for 2026 Olympics, Sept. 29

I find it insulting for Mary Moran, CEO of the Calgary 2026 bid, to say older people will selfishly vote No in the referendum and deny the next generation their chance.

By voting No, we’ll likely save the next generation from a financial burden. The city, province and federal governments cannot afford this risky investment.

I urge all to vote No.
