Stan Lee defends his daughter
Stan Lee has praised his daughter Joan Celia (J.C.) Lee in an attempt to quash reports she has been abusing him. In April, The Hollywood Reporter published allegations that the 95-year-old’s daughter and three male associates were manipulating him out of his money. Joan and her lawyer Kirk Schenck are currently caring for the comic book creator, and he has now given an interview praising his daughter and denying the abuse claims. “There really isn’t that much drama,” he told The Daily Beast. “As far as I’m concerned, we have a wonderful life. I’m pretty damn lucky. I love my daughter, I’m hoping that she loves meandIcouldn’taskfora better life.”
