Leadership lacking on climate change

People smarter than me and our politicians have reaffirmed what we already know — that we are on an imminent path to destruction from climate change. If your eyes and ears function you don’t need a scientist to tell you this.

What is troubling is we have provincial leaders in Saskatchewan, Ontario, Manitoba and New Brunswick and Opposition leaders in Alberta and Ottawa who don’t have a clue.

This is not a new issue or a partisan issue.

The Conservatives have had over 50 years to formulate a viable plan so let’s hear what it is and let’s hear from their well-educated scientists within their parties.

In Alberta, it appears they are too busy posing for photo ops on pub night to address the most important issue of our time.
