Cancel arms sales to saudi regime

Re: Expelled envoy says stable Saudi Arabia needed; Kingdom branded as too big to fail, Oct. 18

The brutal murder of the Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi to silence his criticism is appalling.

We should not turn a blind eye to despotism; the violation of human rights; murder; murderous actions and behaviours; torture; body parts being chopped off; slavery; rape …

There should be recourse to justice.

We need to stand up for what is right and stand up against what is wrong. In the case of this murder, Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau and Canada should bring this issue to the United Nations and should cancel sales of military equipment to Saudi Arabia.
