REPORTS ON ALLEGED HARASSMENT FACE CRITICISM
Tensions were high in Newfoundland and Labrador’s legislature Wednesday as members moved to address reports on harassment by two ousted members of the Liberal caucus. Commissioner Bruce Chaulk recommended the legislature reprimand the two men, but found their behaviour did not violate the code of conduct, and in some cases, was to be expected in politics.
