Paramedic sues Locklear

Heather Locklear is facing legal action from a paramedic who claims she attacked her. The actress was arrested in June and charged with interfering with a law enforcement officer and two counts of misdemeanour battery upon an officer and emergency services personnel, after they responded to her home in Thousand Oaks, Calif., to deal with a domestic disturbance. The paramedic’s lawyer Kevin Flahavan will file a lawsuit this week claiming she suffered head and neck injuries that were so severe she had to work a desk job after the incident. Locklear will reportedly also be accused of verbal abuse.
