Advance voting site difficult to access

I phoned 311 after examining a somewhat confusing map of poll stations. I inquired where the advance poll for Ward 13 is located and was told it is at the Selkirk Grille at Heritage Park. I predict that this will turn out to be very difficult access, due to the ongoing construction surrounding that entire area.

I am wondering who selected this particular location and, more importantly, why? Seems to me that if the city were truly seeking a fair vote, the responsible parties should come forward with their reasoning for choosing this difficult-to-access location. Tina Millar, Calgary
