CAPSULE UNVEILED
Conservator Lisa Isley examines the contents of the time capsule that was retrieved from Historic City Hall Thursday. The capsule, which was placed under the building’s cornerstone in 1908, contained, among other items, newspapers, the city’s 1907 financial report, bylaws, coins and an Album of the Dominion Exhibition — a precursor to the Stampede.
