ASTON MARTIN TO BUILD AN SUV

Aston Martin confirmed it’s plan to build an SUV, and made the announcement at its recently completed St. Athan, Wales, production facility. The SUV could be called the Varekai, a name Aston Martin had recently trademarked, and will be built at the new facility alongside the upcoming Rapide-E, both slated to be unveiled late in 2019. In 2015, Aston Martin released the DBX concept SUV, and we’re hoping the Varekai takes some styling cues from that gorgeous two-door vehicle. But it’s pretty unlikely the SUV will have fewer than four doors.
