U2 tour rakes in millions
U2 scored 59 sellouts from all 59 stops on the band’s Experience + Innocence tour, grossing more than $126.2 million and selling more than 923,700 tickets. (All figures in U.S. dollars.) The international tour began in May and wrapped last week. The Irish rockers grossed $64.7 million from their 32 European dates, which began and ended in Berlin, and a further $61.5 million in North America, reports Billboard Boxscore.
