Driver killed in crash

EDMONTON A 22-year-old man died Thursday after he lost control of his vehicle and struck a guardrail on the Queen Elizabeth 2 Highway just south of Highway 53 near Ponoka shortly after midnight.

The lone occupant of the vehicle was transported by air ambulance to the hospital where he died.
