Police look for car connected to an alleged kidnapping

Calgary police are trying to locate a vehicle connected to a kidnapping investigation.

The vehicle belonging to an alleged kidnapping victim is described as a dark blue, four-door, 2007 Honda Civic, with licence plate BPL 8416.

Police say the vehicle would help with the investigation.

The incident happened at about 3 a.m. on Nov. 20, when a man called Calgary police to report that a family member was being held against his will and had been assaulted. Multiple suspects were taken into custody and nine people are facing charges in connection with the incident.
