Start by stopping the name calling

I’m assuming, Ms. Ford, that you regard anyone who does not share your opinions as “the other,” with your dismissal of the truly pompous, narcissistic, misogynistic, greedy, racist and homophobic inhabitants.

I cannot understand how dismissals of this sort can lead to helpful conversations that help our situation.

Perhaps listening respectfully without name calling would be a good start.
