Dec. 8: 10:30 a.m. Theologian and philosopher Catherine Keller asked her five-year-old niece what she was looking for, as she used a stick like a magnifying glass to examine pebbles, leaves and petals. Her niece replied, “We’re on the mystery!” What does it mean to maintain a childlike sense of wonder and be “on the mystery?” Calgary Unitarians, 1703-1 Street N.W.

Dec. 8: For many years, Robert Mcclure United Church in northeast Calgary shared its space with a faith community that worshipped Saturday mornings. The church shares in that community’s joy that they now have their own space, but is looking for a new partner who needs Saturday rental sanctuary space that includes a multi-purpose room that can be used for worship, fellowship and sharing meals. Also available for rent are the nursery and kitchen. We are at 5510-26 Ave. N.E. (next to Lester B. Pearson High School and across from Village Square Leisure Centre).
