LAND ROVER SEATS TAKE A WALK
Land Rover is working on a new type of seat technology to reduce fatigue during long trips by tricking your body into thinking it’s walking. According to Jaguar Land Rover, the tech boils down to a shape-shifting seat system currently in trials in it’s research division. It works by moving the foam in the seat cushions to recreate pelvic oscillation, which is essentially moving each butt cheek separately in the same way they would during walking. The seats can be adjusted to suit different body types and intensities, to suit the driver’s preference. This idea is in the early stages, but it’s possible someday it will make it into production.
