Washing your clothing with regular
laundry detergent and drying it at a slightly higher temperature than you might normally use should guarantee that your clothes have been disinfected. But don’t forget the surfaces your dirty laundry comes in contact with — your laundry hamper, a folding counter you might use before and after a load of wash and the machines themselves. And, if there are items that you wear, or use regularly that you don’t throw in with your normal load of laundry make sure you clean them too. A simple disinfectant wipe can help keep your coat and backpack clean if they can’t go in the wash.
