Spacious Aria II’S smart floor plan provides comfortable living for an extended family

Households that include extended family will benefit from selecting a home model that’s designed to accommodate this style of living arrangement.
While some multi-generational families make conventional three-bedroom homes work, some builders deploy designs that capture exactly what these buyers need to be comfortable.
Broadview Homes is displaying an example of such a floor plan in the northeast community of Redstone. The Aria II is a two-storey 2,502-square-foot single-family home with a front-drive double-car garage.
Its second level boasts the unique feature of dual master bedrooms in addition to two secondary bedrooms. The master bedrooms bookend the top floor and create flexibility.
The owners of the home may occupy one of these spaces and their parents may be in the other. In cases where the homeowner’s parents are elderly, they may prefer to use the large flex room on the main level as a bedroom. It sits across the hallway from a full bathroom.
With all of their daily necessities on the same level, this would allow occupants of this bedroom to avoid regularly using the stairs.

This kitchen also features an island with an eating bar, fullheight backsplash and stainless steel appliances, including a chimney-style hoodfan.
And it has a helper. Supplementing the meal preparation support offered in this kitchen, the show home demonstrates an attached, enclosed cooking space, dubbed a spice kitchen.
