■ 1 slice feta cheese, 1 inch

(2.5 cm) thick

■ 1/4 tsp (1 ml) oregano, crum­bled

■ 1/4 tsp (1 ml) red pep­per flakes

■ 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil 1 small lemon wedge

1. Place cheese in cen­tre of a piece of heavy-duty foil. Sprin­kle oregano and red pep­per flakes over cheese. Driz­zle oil over top. Bring edges of foil to­gether to form a packet; close all edges with tight double folds.

2. Cook over medium heat on nat­u­ral gas bar­be­cue, turn­ing packet over oc­ca­sion­ally, un­til cheese is soft­ened and heated through, about 10 min­utes.

3. Place on a plate. Care­fully un­fold foil and roll up edges to form a serv­ing dish. Squeeze lemon wedge over cheese. Serve with baguette slices.
