Joe Biden’ s presidential campaign said Monday that if he were elected to the White House, he would rescind the Keystone XL Pipeline permit.

This is not news, except to Alberta Premier Jason Kenney who recently gave TC Energy $1.5 billion in taxpayer money, along with $6 billion in loan guarantees, to build Keystone XL.

Mr. Kenney, how much is in your bank account? Because I want my money back.
