STAYING ON A SOLID PATH

A cyclist rides through a pool of water reflecting the arch of the Centre Street Bridge as the sun sets on Wednesday. The lower deck of the bridge has been closed to traffic during the COVID-19 pandemic to allow for more pedestrian and bike traffic. Interestingly, the lower deck was originally designed for pedestrians but during construction in 1916 it was changed to a roadway.
