Let’s press pause on Green Line and have voters decide future

Re: The world has changed, so should transit plan; Calgary needs to take a serious second look at the costly Green Line, Opinion, May 30 Former city commissioner Bob Holmes does an excellent job laying out the ridership and affordability risk of the costly Green Line. Given the massive public and personal debts that are accumulating, and uncertainty around how business will operate in the future, this project should be put on hold and debated prior to the next council election in 2021.
