It may just be Burger King’s crowning achievement. The fast-food restaurant now has a “social-distance crown,” a version of its classic cardboard hat fitted with an extra-wide brim to help wearers conform to social-distancing guidelines.

While health experts recommend staying two metres away from others to slow the spread of COVID -19, the brim doesn’t quite appear to span that distance. But it can help keep others from getting close.

“The do-it-yourself social-distance crown was a fun and playful way to remind our guests to practice social distancing while they are enjoying food in the restaurants,” said a Burger King spokesperson, according to Business Insider.

The crown is currently only available in Germany and was launched to mark the reopening of Burger King restaurants in the country.
