Parliament elected to lead

-

Canadians have been strong through the pandemic — loss of loved ones, uncertainty about future jobs/income, online education leaving teachers stressed, distancing and not participating in normal activities, and much more.

We are at a time when we need leadership, some audits on billions spent, accountability, and some direction for the future. Instead, we are hearing “it’s hard to predict; we have no plans for a budget, nor any updates.”

We elected these members, they’ve given themselves a raise and now time off, at a time when our government should be running full steam ahead, planning for the future, at least attempting to assess the cost to Canadians. Get yourself back in session and at least appear to care about the future of Canada.
