... Here we are — our final year of high school. When senior season was finally upon us, we desperately needed that “2020” vision. We were finally the “big kids” that we dreamt of being since elementary. Our future was coming at us like a truck and we had to start making life-changing decisions ...

We bonded, making our classes louder and Kahoot became way more intense. We started “Breaking Free” from our shy selves and started figuring out who we wanted to be.

Take a look around. The people around you have shaped you into who you are today. The people around you have created an impact on your life — whether it be big or small. The people around you have been with you through good and bad, the wins and losses, the happy and sad tears.

We have supported one another from the moment we met ... some from earlier in our lives and some from earlier today. No matter what, we could always count on our friends to be there for us.

And now, as the curtains close on our years together, we head “Into the Unknown.” How do we know that our life will turn out exactly how we planned? ... The answer is: We don’t.

Life is unpredictable and we don’t know how it will turn out, like how we didn’t know about that back page on a unit test.

But we do know one thing: We cannot give up on our dreams.

I don’t know “How Far I’ll Go,” but no dream is impossible and we have the potential to fulfil anything we desire. We are capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for and should always strive to reach higher.

Never lose sight of your goals and let them motivate you to do better for yourself.

We should never try to be anything but ourselves. No matter what we end up doing and however long it takes us to get there, we should be happy.

Our paths are starting to divide and we “Gotta Go Our Own Way,” but we know that we will always be connected by our roots at Mcnally.

We have grown into compassionate and strong individuals together. Sure, there will be never ending challenges that we have to face, but we will always be able to conquer them. We will always be able to overcome any adversity that life throws at us.

We will always have each other. “We’re All In This Together!” ... I wish you all happiness and success as we head off, into Infinity and Beyond!
