TREAT DAD TO BRUNCH

Homemade waffles and Eggs Benny sure to impress

- ATCO BLUE FLAME KITCHEN

Brunch is normally associated with Mother’s Day, but what better way to celebrate your dad than with the most important meal of the day?

Waffles with all the fixings can be an extra-special meal. We use whipped egg white in our waffles to keep them light and airy.

Serve with fruit, whipped cream, syrup and/or chocolate chips for a sweet treat or with fried chicken, bacon and sausage for a savoury meal.

Our simple mix makes it easy to enjoy these breakfast classics.

Eggs Benedict is a classic brunch dish. Making the poached eggs can take a bit of practice, but don’t worry if it’s not perfect — just dress it in our rich and creamy hollandaise sauce.

While traditional hollandaise uses egg yolks, we simplify the recipe by using pasteurized liquid eggs. Instead of whisking the sauce, we use a blender to keep the mixture from separating.
