BIEBER DENIES ALLEGED SEX ASSAULT

Justin Bieber has hit back at allegations of sexual assault recently made against him on social media. A woman named Danielle described an alleged assault in a since-deleted Twitter post, claiming it took place on March 9, 2014, at The Four Seasons Hotel in Austin, Texas, during the South by Southwest festival — where Bieber, shown, had performed.

Bieber responded on Twitter, saying, “There is no truth to this story. In fact as I will soon show I was never present at that location.” He later shared links to reports that he was with then-girlfriend Selena Gomez and friends at an Airbnb that night. He also invited the media to confirm the story with the hotel’s regional manager.

“Every claim of sexual abuse should be taken very seriously and this is why my response was needed,” he wrote. But “this story is factually impossible” and he said he will take “legal action.”
