Bieber suing assault accusers
Justin Bieber is suing two social media users for accusing him of sexual assault. Claiming the pair’s allegations are “factually impossible” and part of a scheme to seek attention and fame, the singer launched legal action against users who identified themselves only as Danielle (@danielleglvn) and Kadi (@Itsnotkadi) for defamation. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Bieber claims he has “indisputable documentary evidence” to prove their claims are “outrageous, fabricated lies.” Danielle said Bieber sexually assaulted her in March 2014 at a hotel in Austin, Texas, while Kadi said he sexually assaulted her in May 2015 at a New York City hotel. Bieber is suing for more than US$20 million.
