What exactly is vaccine plan?

Is there a detailed provincial/ municipal vaccine rollout plan published somewhere? Expected available doses by date? Expected vaccination totals by date? With dates and quantities specified out for a few weeks/months? Tracking actual against the plan? If not, why not?

Surely the planners know and knew, how much supply they're receiving and when, and where they plan to distribute it and to which groups. Seeing a plan, and the tracking of it, would go a long way in easing public concern about the rollout. If such a plan doesn't exist already, there is no excuse for that. Make it public.
