Indigenous artist Seth Dodginghorse, who made headlines with his braid-cutting protest of the opening of the southwest portion of Calgary's ring road, talks about his piece in response to Yoko Ono's Water Event, part of Ono's ongoing exhibition at Contemporary Calgary, on Thursday.
