Carbon phobia has no place in debate

Congratulations to all who made the private member bill (petitioned by Rachel Notley) of April 13 get through the first committee so that it can go to a full hearing and vote in the legislature.

After watching the debate, I noticed global warming, and carbon budget rationale was absent. It was all about Albertans. I love the Eastern Slopes, too, but we cannot have carbon phobia any longer, even when talking about coal mining.
