If you don't know the name Lele Sadoughi, you definitely know her work. Originally from Dallas and now based in New York, she designed for everyone from Banana Republic to Anthropologie before launching the first jewelry collection for J.crew in 2006 and then heading up the category at Tory Burch. For her eponymous label, which launched in 2012, she works with colour and texture to create playful, statement pieces.
