Fall in love with The Willows’ final phase

There is no other neighbourhood in Cochrane quite like The Willows of River Heights.
Mother Nature herself inspired each architectural detail, such as the exterior stone and wood finishing and the vibrant, earthy colour palette of each picture-perfect home.
Destined to house just 440 families, with preserved wetland as the community’s centrepiece, developer La Vita Land is putting the finishing touches on the final phase of the Willows.
“In Phase 5, we’ll see a variety of single-family, semi-detached and townhomes offered from our builder group, with prices from the low $300,000s,” says La Vita Land development manager Bill MacDonald.
Janssen Homes, Kingsmith Homes, NuVista Homes and Pacesetter by Sterling Homes each provide unique designs in the Willows, unlike other styles and products available in Cochrane.
MacDonald says they’re also fin- ishing up construction of Willow Street, which will allow for more north/south connectivity through the community.
“We have finalized plans for a pathway and play area next to the wetland on the southwest side,” he says. “The work is anticipated for spring 2019 and we know residents are looking forward to using it.”
He says the ‘Fall in Love with The Willows’ event on Saturday, Oct. 13 from noon to 4 p.m. is a good time for families to discover the small community and tour the model homes. Butterfield Acres Petting Farm, the Hub Café and Hip Image Mobile Phone Booth will be on hand at the showhome parade, located from 227 to 239 Willow Place.
