Missed the train

In reading the article by Roy MacGregor [“An Unknown Country,” June-July 2016], I note his statement, “I have travelled millions of kilometres by jet plane, helicopter, bush plane, military transport, rental car, bus, ferry, bicycle, motorboat, canoe, kayak, foot, and thumb….” He says nothing about rail or train. Is this an innocent omission? Doug Belcher
