Ian Coutts

wrote “The Last Man.” He is the author of five books and co-author of two, among them The Perfect Keg, published in 2014, and 2010’s Brew North, an illustrated history of beer and beer drinking in Canada. His writing has appeared in Toronto Life, Canadian Geographic, and the Globe and Mail. He is a recipient of the Editors’ Canada Tom Fairley Award for Editorial Excellence.
