Tim Cook wrote two feature articles in this issue: “On All Fronts” and “After Victory: The Legacy of the Necessary War.” Cook is a historian at the Canadian War Museum and the author of twelve books, including The Fight for History: 75 Years of Forgetting, Remembering, and Remaking Canada’s Second World War (2020). He is a director for Canada’s History Society, a recipient of the Governor General’s History Award for Popular Media (the Pierre Berton Award), and a member of the Royal Society of Canada and the Order of Canada.
