Worth remembering. Fields of study.
It is a shame any reader of Canada’s History could possibly think that the world wars, in which our men and women fought, were not required to be covered by your fine magazine (Editor’s Note, April-May 2021). The Canadian combatants were and are people who did extraordinary things to help democracy remain vital. Please do not be distracted by this short-sighted vision of wars. There are so many angles and so many stories of valour to keep the human spirit alive. More, not less, please.
