Paul Gains

A Ride Through Middle Earth, p.90 Paul Gains has been a full-time freelance journalist for 20 years. He has interviewed such diverse people as Eric Clapton, Lennox Lewis and Eddy Merckx. He was press chief of the 2003 uci road cycling world championships in Hamilton and loves riding his cyclocross bike along the Grand River Rail Trail.
