Garlic Grilled Rack of Lamb

Ingredient­s 4–6 lb. rack of lamb (Frenched, trimmed and sliced into chops) 8 cloves garlic, chopped 4 sprigs rosemary, chopped Juice of 1 to 2 lemons Salt Pepper

Directions 1. Preheat barbecue to 350 F. 2. Season lamb with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper on both sides. 3. Grill lamb chops, about 4 minutes per side. 4. Squeeze lemon juice over chops, then cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes.
