CROSSROADS TREMBLANT

The Crossroads Tremblant festival returns for the second edition with an expanded program to continue growing enthusiasm for all kinds of cycling. The headline gran fondo has moved back to the Saturday. The Tremblant stop of the Canada Cup xco and DH series will celebrate its 25th anniversary during the festival. To feed the appetite for gravel riding, a new gravel fondo is being launched in both 50-km and 70-km options. “We are continually looking for ways to grow and renew ourselves,” said Geneviève Ouellette, event co-ordinator. “We’re offering more events this year, including new activities for women and for kids. We’re excited to see interest in cycling continue to grow.”

The weekend program also includes a showcase criterium in the old pedestrian village of Mont-Tremblant to kick off the weekend on Friday evening. The Canada Cup DH has been shifted to a late-afternoon start, ensuring a festival atmosphere at the finish line. A full expo area will include retailers, manufacturers and the opportunity to try the latest demo bikes.
