Reggie is all about the fun, something that Reggie founder Jeff Wills feels gets lost in the whole notion of the sufferfest. “I just want to make everyone smile,” Wills says. “For me, the idea behind Reggie is about having fun, looking good, being nice and riding bikes.” Those four ideas are at the core of the Reggie Ramble, a ride with three options, including a fill-your-boots, 200-km gravel route. Make no mistake, while the idea is to have fun, Wills feels that it is best accomplished through some degree of challenge. “The measure of success is to have people ride it and come back for more challenge the next year,” Wills says.
