The MS Bike Tour is a stalwart in the world of fundraising cycling events. With rides across the country, there’s sure to be an MS Bike Tour near you. For those near the National Capital Region, the Ottawa to Cornwall event spans two days and covers 165 km with the option to do an additional 15 km loop if you just want a little more riding in your day. “You’ll get to see the beauty of the eastern Ontario countryside and ride along the St. Lawrence River,” says Kristin Harold of MS Bike. Fully supported with rest stops along the route, ride also has marshals and mechanics who will ensure all you’ll need to do is keep pedalling. Enjoy a social evening in Cornwall, get a good night’s rest, and then ride back to Ottawa on the second day. Do it all to help fund research into multiple sclerosis.
