Bar-eater Beware

Since energy bars are so convenient, it’s easy to rely on them a bit too often, especially if you’re not fond of cooking or amid high volumes of training. But no matter how healthy the ingredient­s, bars should never make up a big portion of a diet. Use them only as a supplement to a healthy, whole foods-based diet and not as a way to cut corners when it comes to proper nutrition.
