900 g 2 tbsp 4 tsp separated trimmed chicken wings canola oil steak seasoning (such as Club House La Grille Montreal Steak Spice Seasoning)
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. On pan, toss chicken with oil to coat. Sprinkle all over with steak seasoning. Bake, flipping halfway through, until crisp and golden, 42 to 48 minutes.
