GREEN GODDESS DIP
MAKES ABOUT 1½ CUPS HANDS-ON TIME 10 MINUTES TOTAL TIME 10 MINUTES
3 1 1 green onions, coarsely chopped ripe avocado small clove garlic, minced ¾ cup buttermilk
½ cup each parsley leaves and basil leaves ¼ cup dill
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
5 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
In food processor, pulse together green onions, avocado, garlic, buttermilk, parsley, basil, dill, oil, lemon juice and salt until almost smooth. Serve with Crispy Baked Chicken Wings for dipping.
