Canadian Living - Best of Chicken
ALABAMA SAUCE
In small bowl, whisk together 1 cup mayonnaise; ¼ cup cider vinegar; 2 tbsp lemon juice; 2 tsp prepared horseradish; 1 tsp pepper; 1 tsp granulated sugar; half small clove garlic, minced; ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp cayenne pepper until combined. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with Spice-Rubbed Barbecue Chicken.
Makes about 1¼ cups.
