The holidays can be stressful—treat yourself to a tall mug of this boozy hot chocolate. Make your own liqueur and save the leftovers for future cocktails, or, for a quick fix, use store-bought.
1 oz I rish Cream Liqueur (see recipe, right) ½ oz white crème de menthe
¾ cup prepared hot chocolate whipped cream (optional) dark chocolate shavings In mug, stir liqueur with crème de menthe; stir in hot chocolate. Top with whipped cream (if using). Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
