The hol­i­days can be stress­ful—treat your­self to a tall mug of this boozy hot choco­late. Make your own liqueur and save the left­overs for fu­ture cock­tails, or, for a quick fix, use store-bought.

1 oz I rish Cream Liqueur (see recipe, right) ½ oz white crème de men­the

¾ cup pre­pared hot choco­late whipped cream (op­tional) dark choco­late shav­ings In mug, stir liqueur with crème de men­the; stir in hot choco­late. Top with whipped cream (if us­ing). Sprin­kle with choco­late shav­ings.
